I'm a licensed Colorado psychedelic facilitator running an active practice. I know which questions matter for the regulated arc and which ones don't. The setup reflects that.

What's included

Each piece is set up under your accounts, so you own it from day one. I document everything at handoff and walk you through how it all fits together.

Domain and professional email

A web address and a matching email address (like hello@yourpractice.com) that look professional and are owned by you, not me. I handle all the technical setup behind them so they just work.

Your website

A clean, fast website built around your services and your voice. Plus a simple admin where you log in and update text or swap photos yourself, no developer needed for everyday changes.

Website copy in your voice

Your intake answers turned into the actual words on your site. Rough is fine on your end. I shape them into website-ready text, written within Colorado and Oregon natural-medicine facilitator advertising and disclosure rules, and send it back for you to review and edit before anything goes live.

Findable on search engines

I get your site listed and verified with the major search engines so people who Google your name (or your services in your area) can actually find you. You also get a simple dashboard showing how many people have visited and where they came from.

Email marketing, ready to grow

A signup form on your site connected to your email marketing tool of choice. New subscribers flow straight into your list, ready for newsletters, announcements, or simple automations down the road.

Practice management software, set up

The system that holds your client records, scheduling, and notes. I help you pick one if you don't have one yet, with bias toward Althea or Homecoming for facilitator-specific work. Set up so it works the way you actually run your practice. Connected to your website so the two talk to each other.

Online scheduling

Clients book themselves into your real calendar. Set up inside your practice management software when it includes scheduling, or as a separate tool when it doesn't.

Starter document templates

Intake forms, consent forms, and invoice templates ready to go, configured for the regulated facilitation arc (intake, preparation, journey day, integration). Set up inside your practice management software when possible, or as editable documents you can use right away.

Handoff walkthrough

A 60-minute call where we go through every system together, with notes you keep. So you know how to use it, how to update it, and where to find it.

Two weeks of email support

After handoff, 14 days of email support for any questions, small edits, or loose ends that come up as you settle in.

Phase 02

Prepare

  • Intake form
    About 30 minutes, configured for the regulated facilitation arc. Rough is fine.
  • I review within 48 hours
    Then we book the kickoff call.
  • Kickoff call
    60 min. Plan locked. Work begins.
Phase 03

Build and hand off

  • Build week
    7 to 14 days of active work. I check in as needed.
  • Handoff call
    60 min walk-through of every system.
  • 14 days of email support
    Questions, edits, and any setup loose ends.
