Practice Identity

The brand underneath the practice.

One fixed-price brand build, available to solo facilitators, healing centers, and retreats at the same price. Logo, color palette, typography, brand guide, and messaging guide. Built from a structured intake conversation, delivered as files you own and can hand to any future designer.

Deliverables

Five files, one complete brand.

Everything you need to look like yourself everywhere your practice, center, or retreat shows up.

Your logo

Your practice's mark in the formats you'll actually use: a favicon for browser tabs, a primary version for your website header and most surfaces, and a light-on-dark variant for footers and social. SVG and high-res PNG, so it stays sharp at any size, in print or on screen.

Your color palette

Your full brand palette with hex codes for digital use, Pantone references for print, and usage notes on which color goes where. Documented so anyone you ever hand it to (a designer, a printer, an assistant) can match it exactly.

Your fonts

Your typography system: the typefaces your brand uses, a size and weight scale (so headlines, body text, and captions feel related), and rules for which face shows up where. Everything your practice puts out reads as the same brand.

Your brand guide

The reference document that holds the visual system together. Logo usage, color spec, type scale, spacing principles, and how the pieces fit visually. In Markdown and HTML, so you can read it anywhere and hand it to anyone you ever hire to help with design.

Your messaging guide

How your practice sounds when it speaks. Voice principles, register rules, words you use and don't use, plus reusable copy blocks for the moments that come up most (welcome messages, scheduling notes, follow-ups). So you sound like yourself in every email, every page, every form.

How it works

About a week and a half.
Four phases.

From the moment you submit your intake to the moment you have files in hand.

  1. Phase one

    Listen

You fill out the Practice Identity intake. About 25 questions across 6 sections covering brand foundation, voice, visual references, logo direction, and logistics. Rough is fine. The questions are designed to surface what you actually think.

Day 1 to 3 · your time, on your schedule

  2. Phase two

    Explore

I produce a first round: logo direction, color palette, typography pairing, sample applications. We meet for a 60-minute review. You point at what resonates and what doesn't.

Day 4 to 6 · async work plus one live review

  3. Phase three

    Refine

Based on the review, I narrow to one direction and refine. Logo gets its full set of versions. The color palette gets locked in. Typography gets its rules for which font shows up where. One round of revisions baked into the price.

    Day 7 to 9 · async with check-ins

  4. Phase four

    Hand off

You receive the complete brand package: logo files (light, dark, and a few different layout versions), the color palette, typography reference, brand guide, and messaging guide. Plus a 30-minute walk-through call so you know how to use it.

Day 10 · you own everything from here

Next step

Let's talk about what you're building.

A discovery conversation. Free, by video or phone. We'll talk through where you are, what's working, and where the operational weight is. I'll tell you honestly whether the work is a fit before any proposal.
