About the studio

Built by a facilitator.

I'm Alex Carpenter, a practicing natural medicine facilitator in training, based in Colorado. What facilitation work actually requires isn't a marketing claim for me. It's the practice I build from.

Specificity, not breadth

Built for this work, in this regulated model, in this moment.

I don't try to serve everyone. I serve licensed psychedelic facilitators, healing centers, and retreats inside the regulated model. That focus is what makes the work good. The sibling studio, PracticeGrove, serves wellness practitioners outside the psychedelic space.

Custom, fast

Modern build tools mean genuinely tailored work, delivered in weeks.

The old tradeoff between custom and fast doesn't apply anymore. I build the specific shape your practice, center, or retreat needs, scoped to how the work actually happens.

Aligned mission

Lower overhead means lower costs. Lower costs mean broader access.

My job is to take the operational weight off the people doing the work, so the work can scale without losing its integrity. Operational efficiency is mission-critical, not nice-to-have.

The work is heavy.
What holds it should be quiet, capable, and built well.

Next step

Let's talk about what you're building.

A discovery conversation. Free, by video or phone. We'll talk through where you are, what's working, and where the operational weight is. I'll tell you honestly whether the work is a fit before any proposal.
