1. What Canoe is

Canoe is operated by Quiet Practice LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Canoe. I build digital infrastructure, brand identity, and operational systems, including websites, intake, scheduling, and documentation, for facilitators, healing centers, and retreats.

2. What Canoe is not

Canoe is not a psychedelic service provider, healing center, dosing facility, medical or mental-health provider, therapist, or law firm. I build the tools and systems that support a practice. I do not deliver the services that practice provides.

3. No medical or therapeutic advice

Nothing on this site or in my work is medical, clinical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

4. No legal or regulatory advice

Canoe does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. I may build tools, templates, and documentation that support your operations, but you remain solely responsible for your own licensure and for complying with the laws and regulations that govern your work, including state psychedelic programs such as Oregon Measure 109 and Colorado Proposition 122. You should consult your own qualified attorney and compliance advisors.

5. No controlled-substance involvement

Canoe does not facilitate, administer, supply, prescribe, or advise on the use of psilocybin or any controlled substance. My work is limited to the digital and operational systems that support a lawfully operated practice.

6. Third-party tools

I configure third-party platforms on your behalf, including practice management, scheduling, email, and payment tools. I do not control and do not warrant the operation, uptime, security, or pricing of those platforms, which are governed by their own terms.

7. Results and testimonials

Any case studies or testimonials reflect the experience of specific clients and are not a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome for your practice.

8. No professional relationship

Using this site does not create a professional, advisory, or client relationship with Canoe. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign a service agreement.
