For InnerTrek · Lisa Snyder

A menu of what I can help automate.

This is a starting point for our conversation, not a proposal. The list below covers the kinds of operational work I build solutions for. Whatever's pinching most for you on the healing center side, it probably lives somewhere on this list — or it's the thing I should add to it.

I build the operational backbone for psychedelic facilitation work — websites, intake, scheduling, regulatory paperwork, the day-to-day workflows underneath. For an operation at InnerTrek's scale, almost all of that lives alongside what Althea already handles. My interest is in the layer above and around Althea where the multi-facilitator coordination, training pipeline, stewardship model, and operational reporting live. After our call, I'll send a specific proposal scoped to whatever you name as the biggest pain.

The menu

Eight operational areas, broadly drawn.

Each of these is a real category of operational work I can build solutions for. Mention any one that's pinching, and I'll come back with something concrete shaped to your specific context.

Participant intake and screening

From the moment someone applies through every medical, mental health, and consent capture before they walk in. Configured for the regulated arc and the specific protocols your center runs.

Day-of session coordination

Who's working with whom, in which room, with what context. Facilitator briefings, support-staff coverage, room assignments, real-time notes. One view that updates as the day unfolds.

Pre- and post-journey communication

The full arc of touchpoints with a participant: application acknowledgment, preparation reminders, day-of logistics, integration check-ins, follow-up cadences. Automated where it makes sense, personal where it matters.

Facilitator and team coordination

Schedules, availability, capacity planning, handoffs, shift coverage. The operational layer that keeps the team aligned across multiple sessions and multiple facilitators each week.

Compliance and regulatory documentation

OHA SB 303 paperwork, audit trails, adverse event reporting, quarterly state submissions. The system captures what needs capturing, where it needs to live, the first time. Built alongside what Althea already handles for you.

Stewardship and membership operations

If you're running a multi-facilitator collective: credit ledger, tier renewal, trades between facilitators, overage handling, monthly settlement. All the operational math your Typeforms and spreadsheets weren't built for.

Training program operations

Cohort management, supervised hours tracking, mentor assignments, status transitions from in-training through licensed. The pipeline that connects your training arm to your service center as one operation.

Operational visibility

Utilization, revenue, outcomes, facilitator load, training conversion. The dashboards that let you see how the operation is actually running without combing through five tools to assemble the picture.

The most useful question I can ask you in our call: if you had a magic wand and one operational thing got handled overnight, which one would it be? That answer is where my proposal starts.

If we find a fit

Free build. One case study. Visibility to your network.

For the first InnerTrek build, I'm offering my work free in exchange for three things:

  • A written case study after launch, capturing how the work was running before, what changed, and what the numbers look like after.
  • Visibility to your network through whatever surfaces make sense — training cohort welcome email, alumni newsletter, directory or events feature.
  • An open door to a longer-term operational conversation if the work warrants it. No expectation, just an invitation.

You own the systems on day one. No platform lock-in. Internal SOPs documented at handoff so any future operator can step into the work without context from me.
